Tools & Tips for maintaining holistic Wellbeing

To maintain holistic well-being, focus on integrating physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual health practices. This involves incorporating healthy lifestyle choices, stress management techniques, social engagement, and activities that promote mindfulness and self-awareness. 

The session will be one hour long for 18-40 age group womens and will be conducted preferably in Marathi or Hindi.
