To register as a volunteer, you must:

As a volunteer, you agree to:

• Honor your commitments to registered events
• Notify coordinators in advance if unable to attend
• Behave professionally and respectfully
• Follow event guidelines and coordinator instructions
• Maintain confidentiality of beneficiary information
• Report any concerns or issues to event coordinators
• Not engage in any discriminatory or harmful behavior

Event registration is subject to availability and organizer approval. We reserve the right to cancel events or modify event details at any time. Volunteers will be notified of any changes through the registered email address.

Volunteer hours and participation will be tracked and verified by event coordinators. Certificates will be issued based on verified participation records.

All volunteers must adhere to our code of conduct:

• Treat all individuals with dignity and respect
• Maintain appropriate boundaries with beneficiaries
• Do not accept gifts or favors from beneficiaries
• Report any abuse or misconduct immediately
• Respect cultural and religious differences
• Maintain a safe and inclusive environment

The content, features, and functionality of this platform are owned by Nirmaan Organization and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

By submitting content (testimonials, feedback, photos) to the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for promotional and operational purposes. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

Nirmaan Organization shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or participation in volunteer activities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nirmaan Organization, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your participation in volunteer activities.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through email or platform notifications. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
