Mail merging Session

Mail merge is an automated process for producing personalized letters, emails, labels, and other documents by combining a main template with a data source, such as a spreadsheet or contact list. It inserts recipient-specific information, like names and addresses, into predefined "placeholder" fields in the template, saving time and ensuring consistency for bulk mailings and communications.
