A self-reflection session is a dedicated time to intentionally think deeply about your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and motivations to increase self-awareness and promote personal growth. To conduct one, set aside time, minimize distractions, and ask yourself guiding questions to evaluate your experiences and decisions, then use the insights to inform future actions. Popular methods include journaling, mindfulness meditation, or talking with a trusted friend or therapist.
