Health Session(Part 1) - Yoga & Mindfulness External

This introductory session focuses on establishing a foundation for physical and mental well-being through intentional breathwork and gentle movement.

Session Overview: Mindful Foundations

The primary goal of this first part is to bridge the gap between inner balance and external health by cultivating self-awareness.

  • Mindful Breathing: The practice often begins with seated exercises to ground the participant.
  • Natural Observation: Focus on the subtle rise and fall of the chest and belly.
  • Balanced Breath: Transitioning to conscious, steady inhales and exhales of equal duration and volume.
  • Clearing Breath: Using deep, exaggerated inhales followed by open-mouthed exhales to fully release tension.
