Health Session 1
A comprehensive women's wellness session should focus on integrating physical activity, hormonal health management, mental wellness, and preventative screenings. Key topics include 150 minutes of weekly exercise (strength/cardio), menopause management, stress reduction, and tailored health checks to address cardiovascular risk.The session will be one hour long for 18-40 age group womens and will be conducted preferably in Marathi or Hindi.
