'Yoga and Health

The session will explore the benefits of yoga and meditation in managing stress and promoting holistic well-being. Participants will learn various yoga poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness meditation practices to cultivate inner peace, reduce anxiety, and enhance mental clarity.The session will be one hour long for 18-40 age group womens and will be conducted preferably in Marathi or Hindi.
