The Goal Setting Awareness Event is a life-skills development program designed to help students understand the importance of setting clear goals in academic, personal, and career life. The event teaches students how to plan, stay motivated, manage time effectively, and work consistently towards achieving their goals. The purpose of this event is to: Help students identify their strengths and interests Encourage a growth mindset and self-motivation Teach planning, focus, and time management skills Guide students to set realistic and achievable goals

Career awareness helps individuals understand different career options, skills, and opportunities available to them. Goal setting involves identifying clear career objectives and planning steps to achieve them. Together, they empower individuals to make informed decisions and build a successful future.

Personality development encompasses the dynamic construction and deconstruction of integrative characteristics that distinguish an individual in terms of interpersonal behavioral traits. Personality development is ever-changing and subject to contextual factors and life-altering experiences.

This session aims to help participants understand the importance of setting clear, realistic, and achievable goals in personal, educational, and professional life. Through interactive discussions and practical exercises, participants will learn how to identify their strengths, define short-term and long-term goals, and create simple action plans to achieve them. The session will also focus on building self-confidence, motivation, and a positive mindset to support overall growth and decision-making.

MS Excel is a powerful spreadsheet program from Microsoft Office that organizes data in rows and columns (cells) for calculations, analysis, and visualization, used widely for budgeting etc.

As part of the Volunteering Program, students will participate in a corporate office visit to State Street, a leading global financial services organization. The visit will be designed to provide practical insights into corporate work culture, business operations, and potential career opportunities. In addition, aptitude sessions will be conducted by State Street employees to help students gain a clear understanding of interview expectations and enhance their preparedness for the selection process.

Power BI is Microsoft's interactive business intelligence (BI) platform for data visualization, analysis, and sharing, helping users transform raw data into insightful dashboards and reports using features like Power BI Desktop (report creation), the Power BI Service (sharing), and AI-driven insights.
