Project Pragati-HSBC
We would like to introduce Project Pragati for our HTI NGO partners. This project will focus on helping the beneficiaries grow, move forward and feel confident. This project will aim at one-to-one sessions of Coaching for identified beneficiaries from the chosen NGO partner. We would like to pilot this project for three months to start with and will further extend it in the future.

Seedball Making activity
The seed ball making activity is an engaging and eco-friendly initiative aimed at promoting sustainable gardening and biodiversity. In this activity, participants prepare seed balls using a mix of native vegetable and herb seeds, red soil, compost, and water. The seeds are carefully rolled into small balls, which are then dried and later distributed to schools, particularly Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas (KGBVs), for use in their kitchen gardens. This hands-on activity fosters environmental awareness, encourages volunteer participation, and supports nutrition programs by helping schools grow their own vegetables and herbs. It also contributes to soil health and water conservation by enabling seed dispersal without the need for intensive tilling or sowing.
