Interpersonal skills are the abilities you use to communicate and interact with others, including verbal and non-verbal communication, listening, empathy, and teamwork. These skills are essential for building effective relationships in both personal and professional settings and are often referred to as "people skills".

Python

Python is a high-level, interpreted, general-purpose programming language known for its clear and readable syntax. Created by Guido van Rossum and first released in 1991, it emphasizes code readability and allows developers to express concepts in fewer lines of code compared to other languages.

This event was conducted at MPPS Tellapur with the support of Experian and implemented by Nirmaan Organization. On the occasion of Christmas, Experian distributed gifts to 277 students, bringing joy and excitement to all the children. The event was successfully supported by 20 volunteers and was held from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM in a cheerful and festive atmosphere.

Teamwork is coordinating individual, assigned tasks for a common goal, often with a leader and defined roles, while collaboration is a shared, flexible process where people with diverse skills brainstorm, problem-solve, and create together, with shared ownership and less hierarchy, both aiming for success but differing in structure vs. integration. Teamwork is efficient execution; collaboration is innovative creation, but both are vital for organizational success.
