Exposure visit to CapitaLand was very great experience. Students participated in an enriching exposure visit to CapitaLand, where they were introduced to the company’s diverse operations. Different departments conducted presentations and interactive sessions, explaining their roles and Responsibilities , functions, and contributions to the organization. This gave students valuable insights into real-world corporate practices, teamwork across departments, and career opportunities in the industry. The visit helped bridge classroom learning with practical knowledge, inspiring students to connect theory with application.

Time management is the process of planning and controlling how you spend your time on specific activities to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity. It involves setting goals, prioritizing tasks, scheduling work, and avoiding distractions to complete important activities within deadlines and balance personal and professional commitments. Good time management helps reduce stress, boost confidence, and achieve personal and career goals.

Gullak painting is a creative and engaging activity where participants decorate traditional clay piggy banks (gullaks) using vibrant colors and designs.This fun-filled craft promotes artistic expression and helps revive cultural heritage. It also encourages the habit of saving money among participants, especially children and youth, making it both a meaningful and educational experience.

The session will focus on enhancing communication skills for personal and professional success. Participants will learn effective verbal and non-verbal communication techniques, active listening skills, and strategies for conveying ideas clearly and confidently. Practical exercises and real-world examples will be provided to improve interpersonal interactions and build stronger relationships. The session will be one hour long for 18-40 age group womens and will be conducted preferably in Marathi or Hindi.
