Gullak painting is a creative and engaging activity where participants decorate traditional clay piggy banks (gullaks) using vibrant colors and designs.This fun-filled craft promotes artistic expression and helps revive cultural heritage. It also encourages the habit of saving money among participants, especially children and youth, making it both a meaningful and educational experience.

The session will focus on enhancing communication skills for personal and professional success. Participants will learn effective verbal and non-verbal communication techniques, active listening skills, and strategies for conveying ideas clearly and confidently. Practical exercises and real-world examples will be provided to improve interpersonal interactions and build stronger relationships. The session will be one hour long for 18-40 age group womens and will be conducted preferably in Marathi or Hindi.

Excel essentials include understanding the user interface and terminology, navigating and entering data, performing basic calculations using functions like SUM, AVERAGE, and IF, formatting cells for clear presentation, sorting and filtering large datasets, creating Pivot Tables for data analysis, and visualizing data with charts and graphs. Mastering these core skills enables users to organize, analyze, and present data effectively in any field, making data literacy a crucial skill.

Advanced Excel sessions are designed to enhance your skills in data analysis, visualization, and reporting, equipping you for various professional roles.

A skill-based workshop was held for 30 students from ZPHS Saheb Nagar at the Grid Dynamics Office. Volunteers conducted a session on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and explained basic concepts. Students also took part in small activities and enjoyed learning about how AI works.
