This introductory session focuses on establishing a foundation for physical and mental well-being through intentional breathwork and gentle movement.
Session Overview: Mindful Foundations
The primary goal of this first part is to bridge the gap between inner balance and external health by cultivating self-awareness.
Mindful Breathing: The practice often begins with seated exercises to ground the participant.
Natural Observation: Focus on the subtle rise and fall of the chest and belly.
Balanced Breath: Transitioning to conscious, steady inhales and exhales of equal duration and volume.
Clearing Breath: Using deep, exaggerated inhales followed by open-mouthed exhales to fully release tension.

Notebook Covering Activity
As part of this volunteer activity, notebooks, covers, and stickers were purchased and prepared for school students. Volunteers actively participated in covering the notebooks neatly and decorating them with stickers to make them more attractive and useful for students.
The main objective of this activity was to support children by providing well-prepared notebooks and encouraging education through small but meaningful contributions. After completion, the notebooks were donated to schools for student use.
This activity promoted teamwork, social responsibility, and the spirit of giving among volunteers while creating a positive impact in the community.
