Mindful Breathing: The practice often begins with seated exercises to ground the participant.
Natural Observation: Focus on the subtle rise and fall of the chest and belly.
Balanced Breath: Transitioning to conscious, steady inhales and exhales of equal duration and volume.
Clearing Breath: Using deep, exaggerated inhales followed by open-mouthed exhales to fully release tension.
