The session will focus on enhancing communication skills for personal and professional success. Participants will learn effective verbal and non-verbal communication techniques, active listening skills, and strategies for conveying ideas clearly and confidently. Practical exercises and real-world examples will be provided to improve interpersonal interactions and build stronger relationships. The session will be one hour long for 18-40 age group womens and will be conducted preferably in Marathi or Hindi.

Introduction: As part of our ongoing efforts to prepare students for placement success, a volunteer session was conducted in collaboration with Truvik Solutions. The session focused on understanding and excelling in Group Discussions (GD)—a crucial component in many interview processes. Purpose: To equip students with a structured understanding of Group Discussions and help them develop the confidence and skills needed to perform effectively during GD rounds in job interviews. Goals of the Event: Introduce the concept and purpose of GDs in hiring processes. Familiarize students with different types of GD topics. Explain the GD process flow and participant roles. Share practical tips to perform confidently and effectively.
